The Spirit Museum in Stockholm
Stockholm’s Spirit Museum (or Museum of Spirits) houses a large collection of vodka related art. Between 1986 and 2004, hundreds of artists contributed more than 850 works of art to Absolut Vodka’s iconic ad campaign. Just a selection of some of the artists included are: Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, David Levinthal and Kenny Scharf.
The collection remained in the hands of the Swedish government, which has provided a permanent home in Stockholm’s new Spritmuseum. Located in Stockholm’s two remaining 18th-century naval buildings on the island of Djurgården. If you’re looking for pop culture art to view in Stockholm, this would be a great place to visit!
